  • KILN-DRIED HARDWOOD. Stays free of splits and won't warp, twist, or break over time.
  • SINUOUS SPRINGS. Hand-tied “S”-shaped springs designed to distribute weight evenly, ensuring long-lasting comfort and durability
  • ARMS. Choose from track, slope, or soft roll arms for a style that's 100% you. 
  • LEGS. Choose from brushed silver metal and Espresso finished wood legs. Both can be removed for delivery purposes and feature plastic gliders to keep your floors scratch-free.
  • CUSHIONS. Standard tailored seat cushions are high density-foam core wrapped in a blend of polyester for a more structured look. The back cushions have a polyester fill. Pluma plush seat cushions are high-density foam core wrapped in 100% feathers for a relaxed look. Feathers stay put. Encased in a channeled cotton bag to promote even wear and keep them from migrating. The back cushions are a blend of polyester, feathers & down.
  • Hypoallergenic. Feathers are cleaned from debris to minimize allergies and maximize comfort.
  • All toss pillows are 100% feathers.

At Z Gallerie, we take great care to ensure that every order arrives safely and beautifully — ready to transform your space.

 

Where We Ship: We proudly deliver to residential and business addresses across the continental United States. (Please note that shipping is currently unavailable to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations.) For APO/FPO addresses, simply enter APO/FPO as the city, select the appropriate U.S. state, and include your APO/FPO ZIP code.

 

Our Process: Your order will be shipped from our Los Angeles distribution center or directly from one of our trusted vendor partners, carefully packaged for safe arrival. To ensure a smooth experience, we ship your purchase when all items are in stock. If you’d like your in-stock pieces shipped right away, our Concierge Team will be happy to assist — simply call 877.779.4255. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.

 

Standard Shipping: Most accessories and select furniture pieces ship via FedEx Ground for fast, reliable delivery. Orders are carefully packaged and delivered right to your front door. Please note that standard shipping does not include in-home placement or assembly.

 

White Glove Delivery Service:

Our White Glove Delivery experience is designed to provide you with a seamless, stress-free arrival for your new piece. From careful handling to placement in your home, we ensure every detail reflects the luxury you expect from Z Gallerie.

 

Scheduling & Complimentary Storage: Once your order arrives at our delivery hub, our dedicated White Glove team will personally contact you to arrange a convenient delivery appointment. We offer complimentary storage for up to 10 days, giving you time to select the perfect date.

 

Need a little extra time?: You may extend your appointment up to three months from the initial contact date. Beyond this period, unclaimed orders will be released from storage, and delivery service will no longer be available. Please note that in such cases, orders are not eligible for refund. If additional storage is required beyond the 10-day complimentary window, a $20 per day storage fee will apply.

 

Rescheduling: If your delivery has already been dispatched and you request a new appointment, a rescheduling service fee of $135 will be applied to cover the second delivery.

 

Delivery Methods:

At Z Gallerie, every order is handled with care to ensure it arrives beautifully and securely.

 

Freight Delivery for Larger Items: For furniture and other oversized pieces that exceed FedEx size and weight limits, we partner with trusted Freight Delivery carriers to ensure safe handling of your order.

 

Special Handling & Oversize Charges: Additional fees may apply for oversized or specially handled items, based on the total value, size, shape, or weight of your order. For your security, orders over $400 require a signature upon delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

At Z Gallerie, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our team will work to make it right.

 

Return Windows

  • Furniture: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Décor & Accessories: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To Qualify: Items must be in original, unused, and resalable condition, with all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase included.

 

Important Details

  • Original shipping and White Glove delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after warehouse inspection.
  • Custom orders, final sale, clearance, gift cards, and outlet purchases are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

 

Defects or Damages: If your item arrives with a defect or damage, contact Customer Service via Live Chat or customerservice@zgallerie.com with your order number and photos for a prompt resolution.

 

Motion Mechanism Warranty: Covered by an 18-month warranty for recliners, gliders, and swivels. This does not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, or improper use.
