Your e-gift card will be sent directly by email to the recipient. It will include a link to view their gift card and instructions on how to redeem it online at zgallerie.com.

Can I personalize the message included with the gift?

Absolutely. You will have the option to include a personal message before completing your purchase.

Do e-gift cards expire?

Yes. Z Gallerie e-gift cards expire five years from the date of purchase. We will send a reminder to the recipient before their gift card expires.

Can an e-gift card be returned or refunded?

All e-gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. If you need assistance, our support team is happy to help.

Do you offer physical gift cards?

Z Gallerie E-Gift Cards are digital and delivered by email. We do not offer physical gift cards at this time, and a physical card will not be mailed. The recipient will receive a secure link to view and redeem their gift card online.
