I have not received my order. What happens to my statement?

If your order hasn’t arrived, please reach out to our Customer Care team and then use the “Report a Problem” feature in your Klarna account to notify Klarna and pause the payment schedule while we investigate. This ensures your statement reflects the delivery status and remains accurate.

There's something wrong with my order. Do I still need to pay for it?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you won’t be charged. Simply contact Z Gallerie, then use the “Report a Problem” option in your Klarna account to pause your payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after your return is confirmed.

My statement is incorrect. What should I do?

If your payment schedule or balance appears incorrect, log in to your Klarna account and select the relevant purchase. Then contact Z Gallerie’s Customer Care so we can verify the order details. Klarna will update your payment plan once the error is resolved, and you’ll receive a revision notice in the Klarna app.

What happens if I make a return?
