Enjoy a smooth delivery experience for accessories and select ready-to-ship pieces. Most small parcels arrive by FedEx Ground and are delivered directly to your front door.

METHODS OF SHIPPING

• FedEx Ground: Primary carrier for standard small-parcel shipments.
• Freight Delivery: Used for larger items that exceed FedEx size or weight limits.
Special handling and oversize charges may apply based on the total value and dimensions of your order. Orders over $400 ship with a signature required for delivery.

STANDARD SHIPPING

• Accessories and select Direct Ship furniture ship via FedEx Ground.

• Packages are delivered to the front door. In-home placement, assembly, and packaging removal are not included.

FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY

Free standard shipping applies to select qualifying orders. Eligibility is automatically calculated at checkout.

To qualify:

• Dimensional size (Length × Width × Height ÷ 139) is less than 12.43.
• Shipment weight is 15 lbs or less.
• Package circumference does not exceed 60 inches.
• Clearance and final sale items do not qualify.

• Oversized, heavy, or non-standard packages may be excluded.

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES (5-9 BUSINESS DAYS)

• Up to $50 → $11.00
• $50.01 to $100 → $16.50
• $100.01 to $250 → $29.00
• $250.01 to $500 → $39.00
• Over $500 → 10% of order total

SCHEDULING & STORAGE

Once your order arrives at our local delivery hub, our White Glove team will contact you to schedule your in-home delivery.

• You will have 10 days to schedule your appointment, with complimentary storage of your items during that time.
• If delivery cannot be completed within the 10-day window, a $20 per day storage fee will apply.
• Deliveries may be postponed for up to 3 months from the initial contact. After that period, unreceived items will be disposed of and are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING

If delivery has been dispatched and you request to reschedule, a $135 rescheduling fee will apply for a second service.
