Gently lift dust with a feather duster, soft makeup brush, or cool hair dryer set to low. Work from the petals toward the stems, using light strokes to preserve the sculptural shape and refined finish of each bloom.
For washable faux florals, place the stems under a gentle stream of cool water and allow them to air-dry completely. Avoid soaking flowers with delicate embellishments, paper elements, wired details, or finishes that may be sensitive to moisture.
Use a slightly damp microfiber cloth or a soft artist’s brush to reach between layered petals and leaves. Clean one section at a time, then blot away moisture with a dry cloth so the arrangement retains its polished, luminous appearance.
Dust artificial flowers every one to two weeks to keep their color and dimension looking fresh. Give them a more detailed cleaning every few months, especially when displayed near windows, entryways, or other areas where dust gathers.
Once clean and fully dry, gently reshape each stem and petal to restore its natural movement. Display the arrangement away from prolonged direct sunlight and refresh the composition seasonally for a luminous vignette with lasting visual drama.
