• How do I earn points?

         You earn 1 point for every dollar spent on Z Gallerie merchandise. Bonus points are awarded when you join (200 points) and on your birthday(100 points).

• How do I use my points?

         Every 10 points = $1 in rewards. You can redeem your points for coupons and apply them to your order at checkout.

• Do my points expire?

         Z VIP points expire one (1) year after they are earned.

• Is my membership refundable?

         No, the membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Do I get 15% off when I purchase Z VIP Rewards?

         Yes. When Z VIP Rewards is in your cart, 15% off eligible merchandise will automatically apply to the same order at checkout. The membership fee is excluded.

• Can I combine my Z VIP discount with other promotions?
