Items will be shipped via front door delivery and there are no additional services, such as in-home placement, assembly etc., included.

Free Shipping Eligibility
We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on select qualifying orders.
To be eligible for free shipping, items must meet the following criteria:
- Shipped via standard ground service.
- Meet dimensional and weight policy limitations (width + height + depth ≤ 50", box size ≤ 45", weight ≤ 30 lb).
- Marked as “Eligible for Free Shipping.”
Please note: Oversized, heavy, or extra-packaged items, including certain furniture or décor pieces, may be excluded. All eligibility is automatically calculated at checkout.
FREIGHT DELIVERY
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered at a flat rate pricing per shipping address. White Glove Delivery service is included on all beds unless noted otherwise on product page. Furniture items can be held for free in our warehouse until you’re ready to receive delivery. Delivery area is based on the driving distance from a shipping point.
