How much is the membership fee?
The annual fee is $79, plus applicable taxes.
Is the membership based on a calendar year or a rolling year?
Membership is valid for one year from date of purchase. If membership is purchased on March 13, 2021, it will be valid until March 13, 2022.

What is included in the Z Rewards Membership?
Benefits include 10% cash back in Z Gold on purchases, Free Shipping events, Early access to flash sales and a new member bonus award.
How do I earn Z Gold?
As an active member you earn 10% cash back in the form of Z Gold on every purchase of Z Gallerie merchandise, excluding gift cards and warranty items. Ie. A purchase worth $1000 would earn you $100 worth of Z Gold.
Does the 10% cash back apply on sale items as well?
Yes, you earn 10% cash back on all full price and sale merchandise.
Does the 10% cash back apply when other discount codes are used?
Yes, you earn 10% cash back in Z Gold on both full priced and sale or promotionally discounted merchandise.
How do I use my Z Gold?
You can apply Z Gold toward any Z Gallerie merchandise purchased online. This includes both full priced and sale items.
Can I redeem my Z Gold for purchases in stores?
Currently Z Gold can only be earned and redeemed for online purchases.
Can I use my Z Gold to purchase items and send to others (gifts or otherwise?)
Yes, you can redeem Z Gold for any Z Gallerie merchandise for yourself or others you may choose to ship to.
What is Z Gold?
Z Gold is a digital token designed exclusively for Z Gallerie. The value of your earned Z Gold may increase over time, adding more rewards to your shopping experience. As long as you remain an active Z Rewards member, your Z Gold balance will never decrease—except when you choose to redeem it for Z Gallerie merchandise.
How do I know my Z Gold balance?
You can see your Z Gold balance anytime you log into your account on ZGallerie.com, additionally you will receive a monthly statement with your Z Gold account balance.
Can I use my Z Gold for purchases outside of Z Gallerie?
At this time Z Gold can only be used to purchase Z Gallerie merchandise and gift cards.
When is the next Free Shipping Event?
These members only events will be announced to members via email in advance of the event. Details of each event may vary and certain merchandise exclusions may apply.
When is the next Flash Sale?
The next flash sale date is not determined. Members receive at least 24 hour advance notice of flash sales when they occur.
Will my Z Rewards membership renew automatically at the end of it’s term?
You will be notified 2 weeks in advance of your renewal billing date. If you choose not to cancel your membership will automatically renew.
Can I terminate my membership early and receive a refund if no purchases have been made?
No, the Membership Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once you sign up, your Membership Fee cannot be returned, regardless of whether purchases have been made or Z Gold has been redeemed. If you choose to cancel your membership, any remaining Z Gold in your account will be forfeited. If you have questions about terminating your membership, please call 877.779.4255.
